4. Deduction of Charges
Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway or processing charges.
5. Service Payments
Any payment made directly to the professional for services is non-refundable by IndiaBizExperts.
Users must coordinate directly with the respective professional for such refunds.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment method.
7. Platform Rights
IndiaBizExperts reserves the right to review and approve or reject refund requests based on the situation.
